1. Nakuru Town East Constituency

2024 MP: Hon. David Gikaria

Directions: From Nairobi, drive northwest on the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway (A104). After about 160 km, you will enter Nakuru Town. Turn left onto Kenyatta Avenue to reach Nakuru Town East. [Go to Google Maps]

2. Nakuru Town West Constituency

2024 MP: Hon. Samuel Arama

Directions: From Nairobi, travel northwest on the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway (A104). After 160 km, enter Nakuru Town. Continue west on the Nakuru-Kabarak Road to reach Nakuru Town West. [Go to Google Maps]

4. Bahati Constituency

  • Agriculture and Livestock: Rongai’s economy is driven by agriculture, particularly maize farming, and livestock rearing. The Kenya Cooperative Creameries (KCC) is a major player in the dairy sector here.

  • Educational Growth: There is a growing number of educational institutions, catering to the needs of the expanding population. Rongai High school , sacred hearts secondary and Vanessa grant girls high school are popular high schools in the area.

7. Gilgil Constituency

2024 MP: Hon. Martha Wangari Wanjira

Directions: Drive north from Nairobi on the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway (A104) for about 120 km. At Gilgil, follow local roads to reach the town. [Go to Google Maps]

8. Kuresoi South Constituency
